Diversity
As a business school, we are strong advocates for equity, diversity and inclusion, and Henley’s EMBA is characterised by strong faculty and student diversity. Our programme is the best in the world for its diverse facualty on a school advisory board, and world top 17 for the number of international students studying at Henley EMBA.
Achieve your goals
The Financial Times also recognises how our EMBA promotes personal and professional growth in our cohorts. Our Executive MBA programme supported our students in achieving the goals they had set themselves, which is reflected in the world top 20 and Europe top 10 for the ‘Aims Achieved’ measure.
Alumni gave our EMBA course an average score of 9.2/10 based on their experience and how they felt their goals were fulfilled.
Learn across borders
We maintained our position as best EMBA in Finland for international course experience. Working with our international partners in the UK, Denmark, South Africa and the US, our programmes provide students an outlook on global business.
In our Reputation and Responsibilty module, we focus on responsible leadership through an immersive study trip to South Africa, where students work in teams on challenges facing NGOs, and on our Managing People module in Copenhagen, where students learn about Nordic leadership and sustainable development.
A fairer, greener world
As part of the University of Reading, we are committed to becoming Net Zero Carbon by 2030. We are the best UK business school for our commitment working towards net zero carbon emissions, and have ranked in 7th in Europe and 14th in the world for this measure.
“This year, we have been enriching our program curriculum by embedding more ethical, social and environmental content and to ensure we are developing responsible leaders for a global business world. This has been complimented by the strong partnership between the UK, Denmark and Finland as a three-country program with strong Nordic principles, and leaders in sustainability. We are also very committed to our diversity ethos being ranked number 1 for Women on board and Women Faculty. We are delighted that this work has been reflected in the FT’s EMBA ranking, and our increase of 25 places strengthens our position as a world-class business school. The Henley's Executive MBA, continues to be a unique and life-changing experience for our students ranked number 1 for International Course Experience.”
