M.Sc. Minna Wickholm has been appointed Business Director, Executive Programmes at Henley Business School Finland, a leading Executive Education provider in Finland, effective 5 August 2024.
Prior to joining Henley, Minna Wickholm has held several key leadership positions in the Executive Education and Professional Development field, most recently at Aalto University Executive Education Ltd.
Wickholm’s key competencies include building strategic partnerships, creating and implementing strategy, business renewal, change management, and leadership development. During her career she has created both competitive open-enrolment portfolios as well as numerous customised programmes to large corporations.
