Dr Rebecca Jones is joined by lecturers in coaching Karen Foy and Aboodi Shabi, as they kickstart the first episode of our Coaching@Henley podcast.

This episode starts with a discussion about ‘Why Research Anyway’ followed by our ‘Spotlight on Research’ segment. This week’s research focuses on a paper by Paniota Tron and Jolenta Burk, which looks at coaching, positive psychology and gratitude.

The episode finishes with an expert interview with Professor Patricia Riddell discussing neuroscience and coaching. Professor Riddell is a Professor of Applied Neuroscience at the University of Reading and specialises in how neuroscience can be applied in the business world, supporting and extending understanding of human behaviour to solve practical business challenges.
