Annual General Meeting for Henley Alumni ry

March 5, 2025, from 15:30-17:00

The Henley Alumni ry Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 5 March 2025 at 15.30 followed by the Henley Business School Masterclass event. You can sign up for both events in the same form found at the end of this page.

The meeting will take place at Wärtsilä, Hiililaiturinkuja 2, Helsinki.

• 15:30 Registration
• 16:00 Opening  
• 16:05 Annual General Meeting of Henley Alumni ry
• 17:00 Closure 

After a short break, the Henley Business School Masterclass will follow.

The AGM materials will be sent to registered participants at the latest one week before the meeting. Should a member of Henley Alumni ry wish a particular matter to be handled at the AGM, such matters must be notified to the alumni board no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.

Masterclass 'Companies as a force for good' (17:00-19:00)

We are delighted to invite you to the next Henley Masterclass event, held in the same premises at Wärtsilä. We have a fantastic lineup of keynotes:

• "Why companies are a force for good' by Paul Lindley OBE, Chancellor of the University of Reading, founder of Ella's Kitchen and the Chair of the 'Raising the Nation Play Commission'. Paul will talk about how companies can act as a force for good, and how to mobilise entrepreneurs and partners to drive sustainability.
• Wärtsilä  Sustainability - Wärtsilä is a leading company driving decarbonisation in the maritime and energy industries globally. This will be a great opportunity to hear from their work on decarbonisation. Speaker to be confirmed.
