Dr. Naeema Pasha

Dr. Naeema Pasha is an expert in the future of work, specialising in AI, diversity, and employment trends. As the former Director at Henley Business School’s WOW Institute, she led significant research on race equity in UK businesses and produced a film on AI ethics.

Now a Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School and consultant, Dr. Pasha contributes to thought leadership in AI and diversity, including work on a UN paper on Generative AI risks and initiatives for inclusive coaching in businesses. Her research also covers tech adoption, changing workplaces, and emerging work patterns like the Four-Day Work Week. Recognised as a top influencer in AI ethics, Dr. Pasha’s work continues to shape the discourse on workplace transformation and diversity.
