Your hosts

Dr Sharon Varney

Dr Sharon Varney is a leadership and organisational development consultant, author and educator. She works at a strategic level to create more effective organisations, and at a personal level, supporting people to manage change and transition. Sharon is best known for helping
senior leaders engage with complex real-world challenges.

Sharon is also the author for the book Leadership in Complexity and Change: For a World in Constant Motion.

 

 

Hanna Heikkilä

Hanna Heikkilä, Vice President Talent Management at Valmet, is a Henley Executive MBA alumni who wrote her Management Research Challenge (MRC) on Managing culture in post-merger integration, a topic she is very passionate about. Hanna is a social psychologist with an extensive experience in different human resources roles, and she has lived and worked in six different countries outside Finland.
