Hanna Heikkilä, Vice President Talent Management at Valmet, is a Henley Executive MBA alumni who wrote her Management Research Challenge (MRC) on Managing culture in post-merger integration, a topic she is very passionate about. Hanna is a social psychologist with an extensive experience in different human resources roles, and she has lived and worked in six different countries outside Finland.
