Whether you would like to use coaching skills in your leadership role or become a certified coach yourself (or both), our Executive Coaching programme is a great choice. The programme is the only university-level triple-accredited (ICF, EMCC, AC) coaching programme in Finland. It is designed for leaders, coaches, and practitioners with some previous knowledge or experience in coaching.

Studying coaching at Henley

Established in 2004, The Henley Centre for Coaching works with individuals and organisations to create a community of more effective leaders, managers and coaches. Since becoming the first triple-accredited business school to introduce coaching accreditation back in 2004, more than 2,500 managers from across the world have completed or are completing a Henley coaching programme.

The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching programme is delivered by highly experienced, senior-level practising executive coaches, with strong grounding in both psychology and executive education. Their work in coaching practice and research feeds back into the programmes at Henley.

The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching is studied over 9 months, including 7 workshop days and online sessions. The programme covers the 1st module of The Msc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, which means that if the participants wish to, they can continue to study the full master's degree in the UK or online, and be exempt from the first module.
