This online session is for anyone who is considering becoming a certified team coach, or otherwise curious to learn more about the programme and team coaching in general.
The online info will be hosted by Henley Finland’s Saara Karhula, Business Director, Corporate Development & alumni Maarit Tiililä, CEO and Executive Coach. Together they will discuss about team coaching, the programme itself and answer any questions the audience may have.

Team and Systemic Coaching Programme
The Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching is an advanced executive coaching programme that offers a strong foundation for coaching teams with systemic approach. Enhance your team coaching skills and enable lasting change in organisations and teams. It is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (through the Henley ACTP programme*) as well as the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
By experimenting with tools, techniques and approaches, you will gain the skills needed to coach a diverse range of teams and maximise their potential. You will also learn how to work with stakeholders at all levels to deliver a ‘ripple effect’ across the organisation.
Course content is research-led and explores topics such as group dynamics and systemic thinking and is delivered through workshops, self-study, team coaching practice, and group supervision.
* The Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and designed to form part two of the Henley Approved Coach Training Programme (ACTP) with part one being the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching.
