Domenico Dargenio (Dom) has 20+ years of international experience including C-level positions, with a track record in leading teams and organizations through transformations covering Leadership & Culture, Digital Transformation, Strategy, Operational Excellence - always with a special focus on the people aspects.

Dom works with leaders, teams and organizations to help them elevate performance and create sustainable impact for business and people. He is a professional Executive Coach and Team coach, certified in Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Safety among other things.

His most recent positions include Leadership & Culture Transformation Lead at Fortum; Chief Transformation Officer, Digital Transformation Director, Operational Excellence Director at Wärtsilä, CEO at Melkki. He is Founder & Executive Coach at Dardo Consulting.

Dom holds an Executive MBA, a Master in Engineering & Contracting and a MSc in Electrical Engineering.
